Crystal City Lofts offers flexible lease terms of 3-15 months. Our leasing team can explain current term options and pricing based on the apartment home you choose, or you can explore available options on our floor plans page.

Yes. Full-size washer and dryer sets are included in every apartment home at Crystal City Lofts, from studios to two-bedrooms, at no additional charge.
Crystal City Lofts apartment homes are cable- and high-speed internet-ready. Residents are responsible for setting up and managing their own cable and internet connections with available local providers. High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided throughout all common areas of the building.
All kitchens include a black-on-black full appliance suite with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave, plus flat-front espresso cabinetry, polished nickel hardware, subway tile backsplashes, and designer countertops.

Pricing & Fees
Crystal City Lofts charges various fees associated with each unique lease. You can find a high-level overview of our fees listed below; however, our leasing team will provide a full, itemized cost sheet for the exact apartment home you’re considering before you sign your lease.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Application Fee - $50
- One-Time Pet Fee - $500 for 1 Pet or $1,000 for 2 Pets
- Monthly Pet Rent - $60/Cat and $60/Dog
- Amenity Fee - $250 at Move-In, $149 at Renewal
- Building Protection Plan - $10/Month
- Move-Out Cleaning Fee (Mandatory) - $130 (Studio), $140 (1 BR), $150 (2 BR), or $160 (2BR and Den)
- Unreserved Parking Space (Garage) - $125/Month
- Roommate Change - $500
- Mid-Lease Transfer - $500

Management & Customer Service

The Dweck Customer Service Pledge guarantees that if we haven’t met your expectations, within the first 30 days of your lease start, simply provide a 30-day written notice to either 1) transfer to another residence within your community, 2) transfer to another Dweck community, or 3) break your lease – no questions asked and no additional fees.
Crystal City Lofts has an on-site maintenance team with 24-hour emergency maintenance support. Residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the resident portal/mobile app, or can call our dedicated resident phone number for emergency maintenance needs.
The Dweck Properties Customer Service Pledge guarantees that during weekdays, any non-emergency maintenance requests, questions, or concerns submitted will receive a personal response within two business days. If we cannot complete the non-emergency maintenance request within two business days, you will be notified of the status and when to expect resolution.

Pets
Your pets are welcome at Crystal City Lofts, but there are restrictions that may apply. Each apartment home allows up to two pets. Cats and dogs require a $500 one-time fee per pet and $60 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions may apply, so please review our full Pet Policy.

The Crystal City Lofts neighborhood is exceptionally walkable. Most daily errands, including groceries, dining, fitness, and transit, are accessible entirely on foot. Crystal City Lofts is a short walk from the dining and retail hubs along Crystal Drive as well as the shopping, dining, and social options in Pentagon City and Metropolitan Park. Residents enjoy quick access to coffee shops, casual dining, and everyday conveniences without ever needing to drive.
The Whole Foods Daily Market on Crystal Drive is the closest option for quick grocery runs, produce, and grab-and-go essentials. For a full weekly trip, Whole Foods Market and Harris Teeter are nearby for full grocery baskets, household staples, and pharmacy-style convenience items. Costco in Pentagon City is also convenient for pantry staples and bulk purchases.
The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Mall, Pentagon Centre, and Westpost at National Landing (formerly Pentagon Row) are all nearby, offering a wide range of shops and dining options to cover all your retail needs.
Ample dining and nightlife options line Crystal Drive, just a short walk from home. The Alamo Cinema & Drafthouse is nearby for movies paired with food and drinks, and Lucky Strike bowling and arcade is nearby on the 23rd Street restaurant and entertainment corridor.
Crystal City Lofts features a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center right in the building. For more variety, Brazen Fitness CrossFit gym is located right next door, and the Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center is at the end of Long Bridge Park, a few moments from our community. Movement Climbing & Fitness Gym is one block down Crystal drive, offering indoor rock climbing, training, and yoga classes. Crystal City and Pentagon City also offer a wide range of fitness studios, including [solidcore], CorePower, PureBarre, Orangetheory, and CrossFit at Brazen Fitness.
Crystal City Lofts sits directly alongside Long Bridge Park, giving residents immediate access to jogging paths, gardens, and open green space. Just down Crystal Drive, you can connect to the Mount Vernon Trail & Bike Path, an 18-mile paved multi-use trail stretching from George Washington’s Mount Vernon to Theodore Roosevelt Island. Many residents enjoy a car-free or car-light lifestyle at Crystal City Lofts! The community is five blocks from the Crystal City Metro Station, close to the Pentagon City Metro Station, and steps from the Crystal City Virginia Railway Express station. With nearby grocery stores, dining, and shopping all within walking distance, commuting and daily errands are very doable on foot, by bike, or via public transit.
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is just a five-minute drive, or one Metro stop, from Crystal City Lofts (a direct ride on the Blue/Yellow lines). On a nice day, some residents even choose to bike over. Future plans for a more direct pedestrian bridge connecting Crystal City to DCA near Terminal 2 will make access even easier in the coming years. Very exciting!
Crystal City Lofts is just a few blocks from the Crystal City Virginia Railway Express station. The VRE is a great option for those who commute regionally beyond Metro routes, providing rail service from downtown Washington, D.C. to major Virginia suburbs along the I-66 and I-95 corridors.

Military & Employer Discounts
Crystal City Lofts is an active participant in the Military Rental Partnership Program (RPP), which means we offer a 5% military discount to active-duty individuals who qualify through participating bases and defense organizations. The program may include waived security deposit, application, and credit check fees, subject to location- and organization-specific participation guidelines. Qualifying military situations — such as active duty, deployment, change of duty station, reservist or National Guard activation, voluntary enlistment, draft, or release from active duty — allow early lease termination consistent with SCRA protections, without lease termination fees or concession payback charges when documentation is provided. Foreign Service members and Diplomats can request additional lease-break accommodations through the leasing team.
